If I ever win the lottery, one of my first calls would be to Kenora — I’ve seen firsthand how the team helps clients, and I’d want that same guidance for myself.

I’d love to learn how to play the drums — especially with an electronic set so I can practice without disturbing the neighbors!

Client Service Specialist

I support the day-to-day work that keeps client accounts running smoothly. That includes opening and updating accounts, handling transfers, and processing requests. My role is detail-oriented, and I focus on being timely, responsive, and accurate in everything I do.

I manage a wide range of tasks and take pride in being consistent and reliable for both our clients and our team.

I especially enjoy the opportunity to streamline and improve experiences for our clients, and I’m always looking for ways to make processes more efficient and secure. I’m committed to client care and prioritize clear communication and follow-through.

What I like most about my job is the way everyone’s role at Kenora comes together to support a client. Each person plays a key part in helping clients reach their goals. It’s rewarding to witness that collaboration in action — knowing that behind every successful outcome is a team working in sync.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family — especially watching my two boys play soccer. Whether I’m cheering from the sidelines or celebrating with them after a game, it’s something I really look forward to each week.
