About Kenora Financial
Nice to meet you!
We help you plan for retirement on your terms – and your timeline.
Best advice from my father: go into real estate and investing, rather than plumbing as he did.
Best way to spend spare time: “Escaping” to Lake Wisconsin, and Florida. Walking with family inside Woodfield Mall in the cold weather, or biking Busse woods when it’s warmer. Or just crossword puzzles and reading.
Some of my favorite quotes:
—
If you think you can, you can.
—
Anything that makes you look rich, keeps you broke.

Partner & Lead Financial Advisor
My background has motivated me in my work as a financial advisor. I grew up in a middle-class family, one of 4 kids with a stay-at-home mom. My father very much ingrained the work ethic in me. Family vacations were not the priority. My dad was always interested in investing although he never seemed to have the time or focus to really learn about it. When I was 17 years old on a plumbing job with him, I was inspired by a booklet that one of his clients gave me called The Richest Man in Babylon and that was the seed to my interest in becoming financially independent. It’s also what drives me today to help other people put themselves in a better financial position and work toward a comfortable retirement.
At Kenora Financial, I’m involved in portfolio management, business development, teaching, and working with the other members of our team in counseling clients.
The most rewarding part of what we do is seeing how it shows up in our clients’ lives. Whether they spend their winters somewhere warm, traveling, helping their kids or grandkids, or simply feeling more comfortable in retirement — it’s meaningful to know we’ve played a part in that.
Outside of work, I like to stay active — going to the health club, walking, biking, and indoor roller skating.
